Beach-side simulation

Used Cinemachine to ... 

  • Create three camera perspectives: Default, Circle-Around, Character
  • Loop between the three cameras over time.

The Character camera allows you to change the character and perspective you view the character, by pressing "C" on the keyboard.

For Visual Effects, I used... 

  • Tonemapping to change how HDR lights are represented.
  • Bloom to amplify HDR lights
  • Vignette to darken the edges of the camera.
  • Lens distortion to warp the camera's view.
  • Chromatic aberration to make the scene more life-like.
  • Colour adjustments to control the mood of the scene.
  • Particles and Animations to bring the scene to life

For the User Interface...

  • I created two panels: Houses and Settings.
  • The House panel changes the house colours once.
  • The Settings panel changes the environment sounds and particles
